The results of the foregoing indicators have been obtained from statistical studies on the use of ICT technologies in the home and the workplace and in the survey of workforces conducted by the Department of Statistics, on data provided by Andorra Telecom and other studies following the methodologies of the eGovernment Benchmark and the eHealth Indicators for the European Commission’s Digital Decade. The European values have been taken from the report issued by the European Commission on the state of the Digital Decade.

The European Commission conducts annual monitoring of the progress made by Member States towards a digital economy and society through the DESI (Digital Economy and Society Index). Andorra Digital has implemented the European Commission’s methodology to obtain these indicators.
